What are the order preparation and shipment timelines?Updated a year ago

Delivery takes 3-5 business days using the Standard shipment service, or 1-2 business days for express delivery, from the time we transfer your order to our carrier.

Order preparation and shipment times should be added to delivery times. Any order validated before 7 am (UTC +1) from Monday to Friday shall be prepared and shipped on the same day. All orders validated after 7 am (UTC +1) will be shipped on the following working day.

These timelines do not include French public holidays (January 1st, Easter Monday, May 1st, May 8th, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th).

Please note that your local country’s bank holidays may impact the delivery times too. Also, carriers can only deliver during weekdays for both standard and express delivery options.
