Can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Unfortunately, due to automated systems, we are unable to modify an order which has been validated online.

However, if the order is not already packed, we can cancel the order so that you can place a new one with the desired items.


If it's shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the parcel. It will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.

You also have a 30-day return period for any items that are not entirely satisfactory. Once the returned article(s) has/have been received by us, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
