Items purchased can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date.
The customer is solely responsible for the return expenses of the courier of their choice back into the warehouse of origin, which is located in France. We recommend using a traceable tracking. In case the return were lost, the customer must contact the carrier himself. Captain Fin Co. will not take part in disputes between the customer and the carrier used for the return.
The customer must contact Captain Fin Co. to get the return authorisation and RMA number in order to proceed with the return.
