How do I return one or more articles?Updated a year ago

Contact our Customer Service by email [email protected] or by telephone on +33 09 78 46 44 67 to state your wish to return one or more articles. 
Have your order number and corresponding reference numbers at hand.

The Customer Service will then send you an email confirming the return, stating:

The return reference (@RMA+ figures) which the customer should stipulate legibly on the return parcel, otherwise the return shall not be processed.
